    Defensive Handgun Level 1

    10:00 AM to 4:00 PM

    In Defensive Handgun Level 1 the student will have an understanding of combative mindset, firearm safety, handgun nomenclature, and loading and unloading of the handgun. The student will have the opportunity to shoot at various distances, work through re-load drills, stoppage drills, and movement. At the end of the course the student will shoot a 10 stage standards drill on steel targets.

    Defensive Handgun: Level 2

    In Defensive Handgun Level 2 the student will re-emphasize the fundamentals of shooting at 3-5-7 yards as a warm-up before getting into the main part of the class.

    Upon completion of Defensive Handgun Level 2 the student will have an in-depth and technical understanding of shooting on the move as in forward, rear-ward, and lateral movement, use of cover, firing positions, and single hand shooting both Strong & Support Side. Prior to the end of the course the students will shoot a timed “Standards Drill” and “Movement Course” on paper and steel targets.

    Handgun Fundamentals / Concealed Carry Qualification Course

    This is a course for new handgun owners who wish to receive their concealed firearms license and/or beginner shooter. This course will bring you to the next level of familiarization and proficiency with your new handgun. After the course of fire is completed we will cover the disassembly, cleaning and assembly of the handgun.

    Multi Discipline Handgun Level 1

    10:00 AM to 5:00 PM

    This handgun course will consist of “real world” movement and drills to increase heart rate. You will be moving to and from cover, over and around obstacles.

    Some drills will involve basics of striking pads (punching / knee strikes) and other ways of increasing heart rate, respirations and learning to control breathing while under stress.

    The course is a prerequisite to Multi Discipline Level 2.

    In Multi Discipline Level 2 you will learn to work and move alone and with a partner.
